Health, Safety and Environment Policy

تؤكد شركة موارد لتأجير المعدات بأن السلامة والصحة المهنية لموظفيها وعملائها وكافة المتعاملين والمتأثرين بأنشطتها بالإضافة إلى حماية البيئة المحيطة هي من العناصر المكملة لمنظومة عمل الشركة كما أنها مسئولية رئيسية لإدارة الشركة على كافة مستوياتها لتنفيذ الأعمال بصورة أمنه وصديقة للبيئة. من خلال هذه السياسة فأن شركة موارد للتأجير المعدات تلتزم بكافة القوانين والتعليمات المنظمة من اجل سلامة ورفاهية العاملين بها وحماية البيئة وايضا من اجل تحسين مستوي السلامة والصحة المهنية وحماية البيئة لكل من يتأثر بنشاط الشركة.

Mawarid Equipment Rental places the health and safety of its employees, clients and others involved in or affected by its operations, and the protection of the environment, as an integral part of company business and a prime responsibility of management at every level, in order to achieve accident free and environmentally friendly activities. In implementing this policy, Mawarid Equipment Rental will comply with laws and regulations and promote constructive measures for the promotion of Health, safety and the environmental protection for all who may be affected by its activities

أهداف السلامة والصحة المهنية والبيئة: -

•وقاية العاملين والعملاء وكافة المتعاملين مع الشركة مـن مخاطر أنشطة العمل.

•الحفاظ على المعدات والآلات وكافة الأصول بالشــركة والاخرين من التلف.

•الحـد من تـلـوث بيئــة الـعمـل بسبب تنفيـــذ المشـروعات.

The Company HSE Objectives are:-

•Protection of employees and others involved in or affected by Mawarid Equipment Rental activities.

•Preserving working equipment, tools and assets of Mawarid and others from damage.

•Prevent any adverse effects to the environment.

يتم تحقيق أهداف الشركة من خلال التوافق مع تعليمات السلامة والصحة المهنية وكذلك اتخاذ الإجراءات العملية التالية لتحقيق هذه السياسة: -

These objectives shall be fulfilled through compliance with HSE regulations and Mawarid Equipment Rental undertaking the following necessary actions to implement such policy in practical manner: -

 توفير كافة الأدوات والمعدات ومهمات الوقاية الشخصية المطلوبة لتطبيق نظام العمل الآمن للعامليـــن.

 إتباع تعليــمات السـلامة لكـافة العـاملين والمقـاولين الذيـن قد يتأثرون بالأخطار المحيطة بأعمال الشركة.

 إدارة أنشطــة السـلامـة والصحـة المهــنية تعطى أهمية قصوى بالمقارنة مع أنشــطة المشـروع الاخرى.

 تفويـض المسئــوليـن فـي إيـقاف الأعمـال التي قد تؤدي لحـدوث مخـاطر نظـرا" لتنفيـذها في ظروف غير آمنة.

 المشاركة الفعالة من الإدارة العليا بالشركة وكافة المديرين ومديري السلامة في المراجعة الداخلية لمشاريع الشركة لتقييم أداء السلامة والصحة المهنية وحماية البيئة.

 التأهيـل والتـدريـب المـحلـي والخارجـي للعاملين في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية.

 تحليل وإدارة المخاطر الكامنة الناشئة عن أنشطة الشركة وتعلم الدروس المستفادة من الحوادث عقـب تحليلها لتلافيها مستقبلا" ومنع تكرارها.

 العمل الدؤوب من اجل التطوير المستمر وتطبيق أفضل ما وصلت إليه المعايير العالمية في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية وحماية البيئة.

 تطبيق نظام إدارة حماية البيئة لتخفيض التلوث إلى اقل معدلات آمنة ومسموح بها في المعدات.

 Provide tools, equipment and Personal Protection Equipment to work safely and protect the environment.

 Follow safety instructions to protect employees, contractors, and those who are/may be affected by any risks associated with the activities.

 Ensuring the management of HSE operations are given priority over other important project issues.

 Delegation for all employees to stop any activity performed in an unsafe manner or conditions, and that might lead to an incident.

 Emphasizing the active participation of company top management, managers in the internal HSE audits to evaluate HSE performance.

 Training and enhancing Preventive Awareness.

 Analyzing and managing near misses that arise from company activities and studying learned lessons from accidents after investigation.

 Through striving to achieve continuous improvements and following the latest trends applied by HSE standards.

 Apply the available state of art technology as well as the safe ways for waste management of equipment.
